OPA began as a campaign slogan by coincidence.  It was not initially planned but resulted from the first letter of the three major issues that needed to be addressed.  Opportunities for All, Priorities and Affordability.  The slogan was fitting as OPA is a Greek word (and I am Greek) with dual meanings of oops and cheers to for a bright future.  Since the elections didn't remove all of the oops that are interfering with our futures, this report focuses on things left to achieve. 

Domestic Violence is a major problem impacting a significant portion of the Rochester, Minnesota and United States populations. The goal of the Need4Zero project will be taking the number of people impacted by Domestic Violence to zero.
